He was incredibly methodical, tracking the problem down to a bad circuit in my breaker. He replaced the faulty hardware safely, even relabeling the circuits, and double-checked the rest of our connections to ensure total safety. They were professional, honest, and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend him and his local, small business!
